I would recommend that every programmer, or developer, read this and consider.

You have a better salary than most, if your are an IT employee, but you still find that debt or financial problems still exist.

You still find that your investments are rubbish and you want to know why.

Simply read the book and then consider that you could have residual income with such ease using your own talents.

Just read the book and digest.
