I'm getting a failure to connect to a MySQL database server, with error message as follows
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysite.co.uk' (4)
(mysite is not the real system name) Please can anyone tell me the significance of the number four that is part of this message. What type of failure does it signify? I can't seem to find any information about it. Thanks for your help.
